We have many chain vape shops so I had a general idea of what to expect. Most stores have a similar vibe: friendly, courteous staff willing to show off the newest trendy flavors, but with a slight sleazy vibe. Vape HQ didn't have that vibe. The staff was professional, wearing branded gear, extremely knowledgeable, and after an hour of trying around 15-20 flavors, I bought five bottles. The candid explanations of various brand e-liquid differences was helpful, and as a previous cigarette smoker this information guides me with staying away from tobacco. The staff was so approachable and friendly that even my friend purchased her first vape kit. I am now back in NC and wish to order from them, but their website seems to be temporarily down. But as a web designer I know the issues with getting sites up and running, and this does not contribute to my rating. Great staff, clean store, and first time I've ever seen a Voop in the bathroom! Decided it was worth the 25 minute drive to go scope it out since I've been on the hunt to find such a place nearer to me in Westchester without luck. Their location was easy to find and street parking readily available The store itself was pleasant, well lit, and fully as well as professionally merchandised. I received excellent assistance & info from the sales associate (sorry forgot his name) on the floor who gave me a tour of their edible assortment. It's important to mention that all products carried at Hush are made in the state of NY so this obviously helps support our local economy. I decided on a couple of different brands of full spectrum sleep inducing cannabis gummies. My transaction was easy & painless, although please be aware that Hush only takes cash & debit cards. Luckily l was prepared having perused their website prior to my visit. During my checkout I discussed with the associate whether they carried cannabis coffee beans and was pleasantly surprised and very thankful when he gifted me a product sample they are thinking of stocking. This beautiful little shop that looks like a jewelry shop has so much to choose from.that It can be overwhelming. However, I consulted at no extra charge with owner, Rachel Lyons, who is a licensed pharmacist and has personally helped me choose edibles that have the right amount of THC, CBN and CBD to help me with my medical conditions. As someone who worked in healthcare both in the private and public sector I believe It's very important to know how different elements of the cannabis plant work. Rachel has also trained her staff well. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. Finally their pricing is competitive. As a senior citizen good pricing helps.
