I ordered it 3 hours earlier than my departure time and I allowed 1/2 hour for a 2-mile trip. I called after 20 minutes and the dispatcher said the cabbie would be here "soon." I asked what "soon" meant and he told me it depended on how long it took "them" to shovel out the cars. Granted, this is 2 days post-Nemo; however, if one wants to be somewhere on time, one usually leaves enough time to shovel, etc. It's not like we haven't experience snow before here. (A cabbie should not have just moved here because s/he would not know her/his way around enough to drive a cab). I contacted LTI and communicated that I had a flight planned to depart San Diego on June 20, 2026 to arrive at 6:30am (overnight flight across country, ~3000 miles) into Boston airport. Well they arranged for service on June 20 , not the 21st. I contacted them to correct but they are saying it's my fault. I told them they made the mistake and should reverse charges. I'm currently working to challenge their mistake. I asked them to provide the voice record so I could review and I'm willing to accept charge if I misspoke. No voice recording provided. It's very frustrating and today , I found they are not BBB accredited! It should also be noted that LTI added a 41 dollar tip for services not provided. Update: LTI agreed that they made mistake and communicated that they will not continue to process original charge.

Trains run often here, as frequently as every 15 mins during the morning commute. There is a small waiting room to try to escape the weather as needed. Parking can be tough at times and it's not free, but when you get a space it's not bad. It is a bit tired from old age, but an overhaul is being discussed.

The station is completely handicapped accessible. There are turnstiles at street level and the usual automated ticket vending machines. The station is between North Station (inbound toward Forest Hills) and Sullivan Square (outbound towards Oak Grove).
