We needed a ride from Weymouth to Logan Airport at 3:00 A.M. on a Saturday morning the driver was there 10 minutes early and was leaving notifications before he arrived he arrived in a 4 door black sedan he was very nice and professional we got to Logan Airport in 20 minutes the only minor issue was with tax and tip it was $160.00 dollars............We were flying out to JFK in New York we took a limo service there a newer black Cadillac to and from the airport it was an almost an hour ride that price was with tax and tip $ 152.00 dollars each way..........................when we got back to Logan Airport we took a taxi, from Logan to Weymouth $65.00 dollars it was @ 6:00 P.M. read more

Great experience from start to finish We booked JB from online reviews and got a fair deal and great service. I have never used them before but will from now on. We got a 13 passenger coach to go to The rolling stones concert in foxboro. Booking it was easy because the person who answered phone knew her business and was able to manage everything. Price was good under $100 per hour Bus showed at exactly 5 pm with Mike the driver who was very professional and personable. Everyone in my group had good things to say about him. I googled top livery services in Brockton Area and JB Livery was the first of 10, there was a link to Yelp and I'm a Yelper so I read the reviews and also checked other online reviews and from what I read we called them to arrange drop off and pick up at Logan for our vacation. On the morning of our trip I received a text with the name and number of our driver. The driver Dave arrived on time, and he asked if we had a preference of route to Logan, we left it up to him. He opted for back roads and got us to Logan earlier than we would have arrived had we jumped on the highway, with morning traffic. On our return trip home again we received a text with driver's name and number and we met John at the the Limo pick up area at Logan. He was super friendly and gave us some cold water which is always great when you're getting off a plane, he got us home safely. Both were excellent drivers. At 4:30 am, 45 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time I get a call from a driver saying she is having car trouble and can't reach her boss to get another driver lined up. She pretty much tells me that I am on my own. I scramble, change plans, race to the airport and nearly miss my flight. I then took the time to send a professional but critical email to JB Livery explaining my disappointment in the fact that they have no backup plan in the event a driver had a problem. One week later and no response. I then called JB Livery to see whether they received my email. Yes, the woman who answered the phone responded. She saw my email and she thought someone would have responded. She doesn't know why they didn't. If this is the type of customer Service you want - use JB Livery.
