Wonderful experience with WCS. My questions were clearly answered without them ever making me feel…read morebothersome. I also received all my documentation swiftly. I definitely will use their services every year moving forward. My wife filed a small business through Legal Zoom a few months and all the fees and services are paid, yet we still haven't received everything. No follow up or anything. My only comment for WCS would be the 24 hour turnaround rush wasn't 24 hours. More like 2 - 2 1/2 days. I wasn't aware I had to confirm an email with my information before they actually processed my documentation - the same information I confirmed via my phone call with them. This slowed the filing process that I paid an additional fee for down by a day or 2. I assumed when my credit card was charged in full for the service along with the rush fee and I confirmed all the information over the phone that 24 hours later my business would be licensed. It wasn't. This causes me to wonder if rush fees are just extra money for companies. Why can't all filings just be within a day or two verses making those who don't pay a fee have to wait extended periods of time to get licensed, especially if the filings are done electronically.... Other than that, absolutely no concerns whatsoever.
