They fixed issues that were happening while installing like bubbling from debris under LVP, stair nose trip hazard at the top of the staircase. They tossed white grout water out of the 2nd story window all over my black stucco. After 6 months tiles were loose in the master bathroom. Noah came to inspect and gave me a quote for $1200 to fix it. I'll stick with the other guys on the next one! I literally had to walk into the room where they were working and step over them to open up the windows. I am angry and I'm being dismissed. I should have expected this as I did the heavy lifting to source the product to begin with. Should have been the biggest red flag that they never did anything to earn my business and now are dismissive of me after they've been paid. Noah, has not called nor offered himself up to see for himself. Instead one of the crew. Which would be the same guy that wasn't around to oversee the work, never came back to see if the work was done or quality check said work. He basically showed up and dropped two guys off. His installer Steve did as good a job to eliminate the lip as he could. Things we were not pleased with: 1. Did all cutting in the house so all the walls had sawdust. 2. Never mentioned shoe molding wasn't included in material bid. Most molding (MDF) was cracked or split at ends on installation. Was overbilled for glue by double the quantity of buckets. Billed for 10 @ 125.00 per bucket. Only used 5!. Per the worker: 1 bucket covers 200 sq. ft. After we caught the error and deducted it from the invoice, there was no call questioning the reduction. Most wood orders are 10% over measurement. Ours was 50%. That also means they overbill for labor per Sq.Ft. We will pursue the overage for an additional refund. Will keep you posted. D&G
