April of this year, we decided to proceed with the project. I emailed ModuTiles on 4/30 and 5/3, but no one from this company responded to my emails. I then called them on 5/5 and left a message, hoping they would at least call me back, but no one did. ModuTiles is in the service business, a little common courtesy to respond to their customers should be the bare minimum requirement. Ignoring any potential customers is not a good business practice. PS After reading some of the reviews on how poor the quality of their tiles, I'm glad we didn't buy it from them.
