I later called to calmly discuss the situation and attempt to negotiate a reduced tow fee, acknowledging that a sign may have been missed, but also explaining the short parking duration and lack of visible signage. There was no willingness to discuss or resolve the issue. Payment was demanded via cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle only. The company is also not BBB accredited.
