I waited until Dashmaids cleaned our house 4 or 5 times before I wrote a review .. since we have had several teams clean once and do a super job ..only to find out later they were just trying to impress on day 1. Service, timeliness and effort all trended down. These guys impress every single time they come. There is a reason. Scott, the owner, treats his business as a business ( I know - sounds odd . but in this segment that is a rarity though ! ) and he wants to make it a success. I think he will succeed. One of the keys, in addition to the conscientious personnel he employs .. is COMMUNICATION. These guys are over-committed to knowing what you want, how they did, and what can they can do better. They have a great work ethic, and are very professional. Every detail is considered - Even down to the fact that their mops, towels, and cleaners are all top quality. Simply the best company for housekeeping, I cannot recommend them enough. They left no corner untouched, and every time I walk through my home after they left, I am amazed at their attention to details. It doesn't matter how big or small your needs, they will make sure you are happy. Bria gave me a call after the service to make sure I was satisfied, and Drake and Sierra did the absolute best job cleaning my space. This is an updated review. It is important you read the whole review to understand why dash maids is worth hiring. We had them out for a deep clean and were relatively disappointed. It was an average clean. Not a big deal, you win some you lose some. The manager called me and asked for a chance to make it right. I obliged. the next crew came in and were rock stars. This is important. I don't care what business you run - people are not perfect. What you want in a company is a commitment to excellence - whether it takes one visit or two. This is why you hire a company like Dash. I imagine that 99/100 times the first time is perfect. Maybe the crew that came out just had a rough day. THEY RECTIFIED IT. That is the mark of a business with integrity. We need more proactive owners/managers like the ones at Dash. They are worth your support. read more

Dash Maids is great! I just moved to the area and into a house I had never seen before. By the pictures it was clean and wonderful, but after walking through our new house-- it's was filthy! I called Scott with Dash Maids and he worked me in that same day--- a total life saver! The team of two worked so hard and made this house sparkly clean before my furniture even arrived. Dash Maids recently cleaned a rental house that my tenants trashed. I've hired multiple people to clean my own home, and have never seen anyone work as hard or clean as thoroughly as their team did. The house was so dirty that the team had to go to their next appointment before they were finished. The owner came out and finished for them - on a Friday afternoon. The cost was reasonable as well.
