I have been going to see Kelly and the ladies for almost 7 years now. They do a great job of making you feel welcome, helping you get what you want, and making sure you're totally satisfied before you leave. These ladies do awesome work! I have not found a service yet that I do not like. I typically do the dip nails every four weeks and a pedicure every 8 weeks. They do a great job about making sure I get the color, style, shape and any other details on want on the nails as well. They always do an excellent job on my nails. They are friendly and have very good hours. I do manicures and pedicures whenever I can. Their selection on pedicures is very excellent. They offer extra luxuries for your feet. They even fix my nails if I mess them up before I leave. read more

I've been here twice now and have seen Kim as my nail tech. Shes pleasant and very professional. I love that she does not get shellac on my cuticles. (one of my pet peeves!!) I do like to schedule myself early in the day or late in the evening to avoid being rushed. I will be back to see kim!! read more

I went in for just a fill today and it took 2 1/2 hours or more! FOR A FILL! I'm so irritated because not only did I call and make an appt but they all know that I see a specific nail tech and I was put with someone who doesn't do acrylic! She flat out said "she will do your nail since it's just a fill. She can't do a full set." To me, there isn't much of a difference. It was the slowest service I have ever received and I'm giving 3 stars because I have been impressed up until recently. I feel like they are just hiring random people and hoping they will do a good job. Every time I go in there, there is only 1, MAYBE two girls that can do mine and my friends nails. It just feels like the customer service is lacking. And it's unfortunate because I don't think I'll be returning. I was driving a very far distance to see them but now it's just not worth it. To sit in a nail salon for 3 hours is just ridiculous! read more

Took my daughter in to get mani and pedi for her 13 birthday. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed and feel comfortable. I have never had my feet done, been in the Navy for 17+ years now boots and ship board life takes a toll but they talked me into getting a pedicure for myself as well. Um amazing the 2 women that worked on mine and my daughter were polite and took great care of us. Lets just say I am going to have it done again as recommended in about 3 weeks :) great place and very very reasonably priced for what you get. My mom said she paid as much for her nails as what we got for the two of us just saying. Awesome service, awesome prices go get your nails did by these women. Once the friendly owner, Van, sold it to the nail tech that gave me a horrible mani pedi once- I was worried that things would go downhill at my favorite salon & they have. I have officially switched to one a mile East because Dashing Diva is sooooo dirty. I did like the man tech here very much- Kevin- but I am not willing to look at the dirty conditions when my new salon is state of the art & exceptionally clean. Hope Kevin moves to the salon down the road too! read more

I have been getting my nails done here for years, as I live close by. The staff is super friendly, and efficient. I only have 30 minutes when I get a chance to go, and they know me by name, know that I only have a very short time to be there, and they take care of me every time. Also, a few months ago, I thought I had lost my wedding ring! I looked all over my house, could not find it anywhere. This went on for about 3 months, and just as I was about to call the insurance company, I went in to get one of my favorite 30 minute pedicures. The staff yelled when I finally came in (it had been about 3 months....you can see where this is going), and they said they had my ring and had been saving it, but didn't know my phone number to get ahold of me (because I never make appointments and only have 30 minutes!!) I could not believe these wonderful ladies kept it safe for me that whole time, just waiting, knowing that I would be back in eventually. They went to a locked drawer, and pulled it out, I almost started crying. I had left it there the last time I was in and didn't even think about it being there. Needless to say I left a big tip, and now there is no doubt where I go, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous and affordable manicure or pedicure. read more
