Dassel's Petroleum does not care about customer service. I had an account for 10 years with a company that they purchased. We have been on autofill and had never paid late and they let the tank go empty without an explanation. When we called they said we need a safety inspection which we want done. Since they let us run out of gas I got quotes from other competitors and found out they were the most expensive so I canceled them. read more

We have had their service now for 2+ years. I have NEVER had any issues. I see other not so positive reviews, but for us they have been GREAT! Customer Service is efficient. I have NEVER ran out of propane for our heating systems thanks to the delivery system they use. read more

Me and my family are moving into a new ranch house I didn't know that the existing tank was Pacific petroleum tank. So I called AmeriGas and they were going to give me a sweet deal but upon finding out it was a pacific propane tank I called them instead. That converted into an email conversation that ended up stopping abruptly. Called over the weekend to leave a message to get a call back the following Monday. Never got a call waited until 1 PM called and got in contact with somebody who said they were going to send somebody out to take a look at the tank. No one ever showed up never received an email or a call. We finally got a call today saying they won't be able to do anythingUntil July 6. Mind you AmeriGas was going to cut out time at the very next day after submitting an application to come out swap tanks fill up get us hooked up and ready for move-in. Now we got a call saying they might be able to send someone on Friday which would be considered after hours and I bet they are going to try to charge us an after hours charge :/ read more

I am so happy I switched from Amerigas. The service has been so much better and the so are the prices.

Great service station. Great gasoline! Staff was very helpful in directing me to local places I needed on errands. Cannot get better than this for a small oil company, and the location is excellent as well. Excellent. read more

Warning they will no-call shut off your gas and then charge a large fine to hook it back up. They charge to light your pilot light when it is the simplest task anyone can do but refuse to let me do it myself. read more

The employees that work at Dassels are very rude and demanding...I have asked numerous times to not come and fill my tank when it is close to empty which makes my bill a lot higher, they told me it's not to my convince. When I call they will charge extra if they have to come and full tank on a off route...Dassels get some customer service...Take lessons from Safeway read more

I would never use them again. I used them for yrs and prorated my bill and all of a sudden they called me demanding the remaining balance in full. They couldnt tell me why they must have been hurting. They also would come an d fill my tank when i was out and taking care of my stroke victim father. They said they wouldnt come unless we paid them a huge fee to come or we would have to wait till the next time they were in Boulder Creek in a week.
