She got a call from Salt offering her better features for the same price if she ported her number from Coop Mobile to Salt to which she agreed. She was told the old contract with Coop Mobile would be void and she'd continue using the same number and paying the same amount to Salt. But instead of Switching one contract for the other she just started getting bills from both companies. Even after contacting the company no one could give us a straight answer and despite paying a 100CHF+ bill which was supposed to be for all the "pending" payments for the old contract (which is completely false but we decided CHF 100 was worth not having more problems) I still get further bills and harassment by the company demanding more money. They've now had a company called "intrum" contact me demanding me to pay 200CHF which is just ridiculous (the contract, by the way, was for $30 monthly). This is completely unacceptable and probably bordering on illegal. They call, offer a better contracts and send all the documentation to port your number, but when you do they start billing your for both your old AND new contract and start demanding outrageous compensations if you refuse to pay.

Really easy to use. The staff is very friendly once you get a hold of them. All these negative comments are, i believe, from people with too high of expectations, or better said, unrealistic expectations. The genius bar is the same as its always bin. If you have an appointment then you know it will take a very tolerable 5-10 minutes. If not you get put in a waiting list of some sort which in my case took about 35 minutes until i received the message to return, and after sitting another 5 minutes. Instead of popping in without an appointment save your nerves and make one from home on the app. The technician "sam" told me the walk in appointment are generally meant for emergencies.

Unfortunately all outside Switzerland... or should I say unfortunately none in Switzerland! SWISS... please learn to be customer oriented and try to learn some customer service in the process too. That would help with your reputation and sales!
