Salt is the worst phone company of Switzerland ever... The customer support is awful, the quality is poor, their main goal is to charge you as much as they can read below it's pathetic.
I took a one year subscription for a 4S / WIFI modem 35 CHF/month, so far so good.
I barely used the service because the speed was not good enough, when I reached the end of the 12 months my contract got automatically renewed and when I called to cancel it I was told that I had to pay 3 months notice which I could not skip, so I paid.
During those 3 months of notice, I paid one of the invoice with 1 month delay by mistake, they charged me - hang on to your seat - a fee of 30 CHF, 1 month after I paid the invoice for reminder.
So they charged me 30 CHF after I have originally paid the invoice, what kind of crap is that seriously? 30 CHF of fee when the subscription cost 35 CHF? After I paid graciously 3 months because I could not skip their stupid notice period? What kind of company is that?
I called the customer support they said they understood me but could not do anything, I asked to speak to a manager they said it's not possible...
