Gee, where do I begin! since I have switch to SAlt a year ago, was nothing positive. from basic service to a bill reminder! (and the bill reminder is due to their own mistake.) After an initial so called cheap offer, every single little thing and issue was set to get more money out of you, they charge EVERYTHING double to THREE TIMES more than any other network. plus shitty customer service and network. Avoid at all cost. Prices are cheap but this company seems to be more into scamming customers out of money than anything else Had a contract with Coop Mobile (operated by Salt Mobile) for my mother. She got a call from Salt offering her better features for the same price if she ported her number from Coop Mobile to Salt to which she agreed. She was told the old contract with Coop Mobile would be void and she'd continue using the same number and paying the same amount to Salt. But instead of Switching one contract for the other she just started getting bills from both companies. Even after contacting the company no one could give us a straight answer and despite paying a 100CHF+ bill which was supposed to be for all the "pending" payments for the old contract (which is completely false but we decided CHF 100 was worth not having more problems) I still get further bills and harassment by the company demanding more money. They've now had a company called "intrum" contact me demanding me to pay 200CHF which is just ridiculous (the contract, by the way, was for $30 monthly). This is completely unacceptable and probably bordering on illegal. They call, offer a better contracts and send all the documentation to port your number, but when you do they start billing your for both your old AND new contract and start demanding outrageous compensations if you refuse to pay. read more

Salt is the worst phone company of Switzerland ever... The customer support is awful, the quality is poor, their main goal is to charge you as much as they can read below it's pathetic. I took a one year subscription for a 4S / WIFI modem 35 CHF/month, so far so good. I barely used the service because the speed was not good enough, when I reached the end of the 12 months my contract got automatically renewed and when I called to cancel it I was told that I had to pay 3 months notice which I could not skip, so I paid. During those 3 months of notice, I paid one of the invoice with 1 month delay by mistake, they charged me - hang on to your seat - a fee of 30 CHF, 1 month after I paid the invoice for reminder. So they charged me 30 CHF after I have originally paid the invoice, what kind of crap is that seriously? 30 CHF of fee when the subscription cost 35 CHF? After I paid graciously 3 months because I could not skip their stupid notice period? What kind of company is that?
