I was told, stores don't answer the phones, they reroute to a call center. Well, if Best Buy can't be bothered to allow their clerks to answer the phone in a store, they've lost my business. BTW, I asked my question of a call center person, and was told I'd have to physically walk into a store and ask a clerk. Well, I'd do that, but we're in the middle of a 3 day snowstorm, which is why I was trying to call the store in the first place. I really didn't feel like driving 35 miles in a whiteout to see if a store had a certain item in stock. If I'm going to deal with a business that impersonal, I may as well use Amazon.
