He called first to say he was twenty minutes away. When he arrived, my husband showed him the dryer and explained the problem. Mike thought it might be a heat sensor problem. He removed the back of the dryer and found that was the problem. He was able to replace the sensor. Before putting the dryer back to its original position, he also checked the ventilation hose. He removed a bunch of lint which was also blocking the ventilation. We are so pleased with Mike's prompt response to our call and to his expertise and presentation professionalism. Thanks Mike!

Mike put us on his schedule for the next morning, with a 2 hr arrival window. The next morning, (on time!), Mike called to make sure we were home and advised he was on the way. Within 5 minutes of his arrival and testing components inside the back panel, Mike showed me where the heat sensor was inoperable. After placing a new (Warranted) heat sensor and testing that the dryer was once again heating, Mike checked the ventilation inside the wall, leading to the roof, and was able to remove some lint obstruction. Everything sealed and back in place, Mike checked again and had me check inside the dryer to make sure I was satisfied with his repair. Total on site time for this repair, 18 minutes! Once we agreed to his services, he sent out one of his employees to complete the repairs. None of the repairs he promised had been completed other then an oil change and a few other basic maintenance items. We contacted this company again informing them that the forklift was running worse then when he had previously worked on it. He sent his technician out again to make some more adjustments. Once the technician left, the forklift continued to run just as bad as before. now we are stuck with a still broken forklift and the owner is demanding payment. The owner is also writing false reviews on my company in which I have never performed a service for him. I do not recommend this company. BEWARE and save yourself the headache dealing with this company.

I rented a generator for an event in Boynton Beach. When I got it to the event site I realized that…read moreone of the bolts in the A phase lug was sheared off preventing me from being able to use the lug to land the wire. I called Aldrich to ask if they wanted to send someone out to repair it and I was told I could bring it back if I was not happy. I did not have time to do that so I drilled and tapped the remainder of the bolt out so I could use the machine. When I returned it I asked for a credit because I had to repair their equipment in order to use it. The employee behind the counter did not respond. So I asked if that lack of response meant no. He very abruptly said, "no, we will not give you a credit". Even if he would have knocked $5 off it would have been a nice gesture since I spent an hour of my time making the repair. At the end of the day it is nothing to lose sleep over but it will prevent me from renting from them in the future.
