They have repaired my forklift three times over the last 4 years. I paid them in full and a few weeks later, we noticed a similar issue. They came out and repaired it at no cost. I would and have recommended them to others. read more

We contacted this company to fix our forklift. The owner came out to to diagnose the problem. He promised us a list of repairs and new parts that needed to be replaced in order to get it running correctly. Once we agreed to his services, he sent out one of his employees to complete the repairs. None of the repairs he promised had been completed other then an oil change and a few other basic maintenance items. We contacted this company again informing them that the forklift was running worse then when he had previously worked on it. He sent his technician out again to make some more adjustments. Once the technician left, the forklift continued to run just as bad as before. now we are stuck with a still broken forklift and the owner is demanding payment. The owner is also writing false reviews on my company in which I have never performed a service for him. I do not recommend this company. BEWARE and save yourself the headache dealing with this company. read more

When I got it to the event site I realized that…read moreone of the bolts in the A phase lug was sheared off preventing me from being able to use the lug to land the wire. I called Aldrich to ask if they wanted to send someone out to repair it and I was told I could bring it back if I was not happy. I did not have time to do that so I drilled and tapped the remainder of the bolt out so I could use the machine. When I returned it I asked for a credit because I had to repair their equipment in order to use it. The employee behind the counter did not respond. So I asked if that lack of response meant no. He very abruptly said, "no, we will not give you a credit". Even if he would have knocked $5 off it would have been a nice gesture since I spent an hour of my time making the repair. At the end of the day it is nothing to lose sleep over but it will prevent me from renting from them in the future.

We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.

Thankfully I easily slide into the last available spot. Walked in and everyone behind the counter was on the phone but they wave me forward. Quickly reviewed the shoes and asked for my concerns. I needed them in three days but I understood the short turn around. I pay first - cost about average for South Florida. To my surprise they call the next afternoon saying that items are complete - early! Service requested was done perfectly. If they didn't point out the corrections made I might have never known. It's now been over a month. These boots have gone dancing and still look lovely. Definitely time to leave a 5 star review on great service.

First, they always show up when they say they will. Second, their plumbers know what they're doing. Third, their guys have pointed out a couple of potential issues along the way which weren't part of the original scope of work, but nonetheless were pretty helpful to know as a homeowner. I know that pointing out issues is kind of like upselling, but it actually didn't come across as upselling because there wasn't any pressure to do the work. And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. Four stars. Keep them in your contact list just in case!

I waited two weeks for your service and received several excuses that raised concerns from the start. Additionally, the repairs that were ultimately completed did not align with our original discussion. You were confident that the issue was with the new fuel regulator and the carburetor. You also mentioned that you had ordered parts and were awaiting their arrival, which served as yet another excuse for not fulfilling the service. When you finally arrived, it was not you but someone else who appeared unaware of the initial diagnosis. I expected the agreed-upon repairs, but I only received an oil change and minor adjustments.
