Neighbors recommended Ultimate, it was in our BBB book as a 5 yr. recommended business. I checked the 5 five star Yelp, google, Angi and Next Door reviews, I called at 10 AM and RJ arrived at 6 PM. RJ was personable, professional and very neat. I was happy he showed up when he said he would and solved the issue. He assessed our appliance and diagnosed a faulty compressor. Repairs were 1/3 of the price of a new refrigerator, we all felt it was a worthwhile repair. On line, I checked Home Depot and a local appliance shop, his pricing was accurate. The refrigerator is now 2x the price we paid 4 yrs. ago. When scheduling the appointment, I received a confirmation email. I was asked to text a picture of the model & serial number from the appliance in advance. RJ came with all the parts & equipment needed to do the repair. He spent 2 1/2 hours replacing , soldering & cleaning out the lines. He accepted credit cards & we received an email receipt. RJ left his card & told us not to fill the frig for 24 hours. RJ followed up with us the following day. He believes the service contract companies aren't worthwhile as they don't hire quality technicians. As wonderful as RJ & Ultimate were, I hope I won't see them for many more years!

He called first to say he was twenty minutes away. When he arrived, my husband showed him the dryer and explained the problem. Mike thought it might be a heat sensor problem. He removed the back of the dryer and found that was the problem. He was able to replace the sensor. Before putting the dryer back to its original position, he also checked the ventilation hose. He removed a bunch of lint which was also blocking the ventilation. We are so pleased with Mike's prompt response to our call and to his expertise and presentation professionalism. Thanks Mike!

Mike put us on his schedule for the next morning, with a 2 hr arrival window. The next morning, (on time!), Mike called to make sure we were home and advised he was on the way. Within 5 minutes of his arrival and testing components inside the back panel, Mike showed me where the heat sensor was inoperable. After placing a new (Warranted) heat sensor and testing that the dryer was once again heating, Mike checked the ventilation inside the wall, leading to the roof, and was able to remove some lint obstruction. Everything sealed and back in place, Mike checked again and had me check inside the dryer to make sure I was satisfied with his repair. Total on site time for this repair, 18 minutes!
