Richard is constantly thinking, and he will point something out that may be a problem in the future and explain the issue so that a layman will understand it. Richard is the Best man to handle any insurance claims. He is like a pit bull, and he will battle with the insurance companies to get what you paid for, all your life. He amazes me. I am in my 7th-decade and I no longer want to argue with an insurance adjuster about something that I know nothing about. Capping off our chimneys and repairing a big portion of the roof. A 5k job. The chimney caps blew off les than 6 months after being put on and they were weighted down with bricks that flew into the adjacent parking lot and could have struck a car or a person! the roof he repaired is leaking terribly. Worst of all he wont return my calls to get any thing fixed. He has forced me to contact the BBB and post bad reviews everywhere i can , hopefully this way no one else will spend money for nothing. The leak in the roof has caused our neighbors celing to collapse and now there is more damage!
