Absolutely love this hair salon. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The prices are decent and the style of the place is really cool. Everyone has their own preference of cutting and skill. I love the bond you can have with the hairdressers. Shoutout to Nick M! He's awesome and always does a good job! Whatever I want he can do pretty much. There's a little waiting area filled with magazines and a tv. The music is always Changing and that's awesome! Definitely try this place, you won't be upset! Spectacular barber shop and salon right in the heart of downtown Massillon! The environment is laid back and hip. A variety of music is piped through the shop. There is a great mix between traditional barbers and cosmetologists available. For the gentlemen they offer traditional straight razor shaves (with hot towels) complete with a mini-facial. A great service for groomsmen prior to the wedding. Ladies, don't worry the cosmetologists offer full salon services from cuts, colors, styling, and waxing. Awesome product lines are available for both men and women. Everything from hair care to a secret In house blended beard oil! All of the staff members are experts in their craft. I am an Army Soldier, retiring, so I've had the same short haircut for 7 years. I came here on the advice of my wife who heard good things about it (and also went to school with the owner). I went in with no appointment and there was one barber who could take me as a walk-in. I pretty much told him an idea of what I wanted and he performed well. This is a wonderful place to go to as the owner and his wife works here (his wife was dying and styling a woman's hair). The atmosphere is very chill with good "alternative" music playing, football on the many flat screens, and plenty of places to sit and relax. All the other barbers were booked up including the owner who laughed and joked with everyone in the place. The men's haircut has to be in the ballpark of $15 and under; with a military discount my cut came to $10!! I didn't get that price ON POST while still in the military! LoL! All in all this is a great local homegrown barber shop and I will definitely be back!! read more
