He was friendly during our visit. I told him I wanted to wait on my insurance to approve the work, but to give me a quote. His quote was $375 for a full garage repipe switching from copper to pex (including water heater, two hose spigot lines, main line, water softener). This was a huge red flag. Other plumbers estimated $2000-$2600, and it ended up being a full-day project for the plumber I chose. I informed him after the work was complete that I went with another plumber. He sent me a $160 invoice for the estimate for "emergency" services - almost half the cost of the entire project! I requested he consider lowering the bill and he became angry, making insults and accusations, threatening legal action. Please watch out for this plumber. Though I don't have any observation of his work first-hand, his lack of care for the customer is scary enough.

Once air duct cleaning was complete, Francisco discovered that my dryer was improperly vented causing moisture to build-up within the vent hose!
