I am so grateful to have called Davco to work on our house. We had the best experience right from the start. They were responsive, quoted us fairly, on time, professional and lead with integrity. Last fall when we received the quote, we had some other repairs on the house that needed to be completed first. Davco told us what we could do in the meantime to tide us over, which they were under no obligation to do. Their suggestions worked AND when we reached out to them last month to say we were ready to start our chimney and foundation work, not only did they honor the quote, they had us booked on the calendar within a week. The masonry work they did on our house looks beautiful and they're even coming back to complete the last couple of spots after National Grid wraps our power lines. On 4/24/25 I contracted with Davco to have a cement sidewalk connecting the existing east side sidewalk around the back of the home to a existing patio then from the patio up the west side of the home connecting to the existing front sidewalk. The contract stated 98LF,5"wide, and 6" deep as discussed.the price of the job was 8,400.00 which was paid in cash 50% to start, 25% after removal of forms and 25% upon completion. The job was started approximately June 10th, by mid August the cement was pitting, a crack formed where the sidewalk meets the patio, no backfill was placed and cement on the garage and house.Dave was contacted and did send a worker to clean but nothing else was addressed. Two other workers stopped by and stated the job was not done correctly there is a heaved, and the crack was a combination of no rebar and excavation was not done properly. Fast forward to April 2026,after the winter there is a second crack on the east side connecting to the existing front sidewalk. My husband contacted Dave via email stated the job is not complete no backfill still and two cracks now. Dave set a worker to backfill and stopped himself where he had a conversation with my husband about the cracks and in his mind the job was completed and offered no reason for the cracks. I have left 2 voice messages May/June No response! The ironic piece of this story the supervisor of this job stopped by August 2025 on his own to make the necessary corrections to the job. Unbeknown to us he had been fired from Davco 2025 based on two botched jobs one being a garage as told to us by an employee. All I want is what I paid for and a little customer service goes a long way. The owner could care less if a customer is pleased. He tries to bully people by his attitude and belligerent manners. Made a complaint to the BBB which he has not responded to. I would not recommend him or his company to a dead man! read more

I had a cement pad replaced in front of my garage along with a connected front of house sidewalk also replaced. Davco also filled a few new cracks that had developed in my one car garage. Their work was very professional and Davco was prompt to reply when I had questions. Their price was fair and according to market. They showed up when they said they would, I would definately hire them again. read more

I'm very happy with my experience with Davco Masonry! I needed some external brick foundation repairs done. After I reached out for an estimate they answered promptly and came out to my home. They were thorough, obviously knowledgeable, and communicated well, and their prices were very reasonable! After I accepted the estimate they scheduled me quickly, and the masons were professional and their work was fast but high-quality. I called Davco Masonry to take a look at a house I recently purchased and tell me what it needed. Their estimator Jake came over the next day and gave me a very detailed report of all the work that needed to be done. Davco Masonry replaced my chimney (brickwork), put in a new drain system, and waterproofed the walls in the basement. They added straps to a bowing wall and sistered the main floor joist to secure and make it safe. They did it all! I have known for years I needed a french drain in the basement. I finally decided to do something about it so started to look online for reviews and came across Davco. Looked to be the right choice. I had to get rid of the water that troubled me mostly when it rained cats and dogs or snow melted it would become very wet in the basement. They came and gave me an estimate and they seemed to be reliable. I took the plunge and so glad I did. During the 15 years I have lived in my home I have some breathing issues at night and didn't realize that maybe it was the moisture from the basement but now I know. Since installing the drain my nights have been more restful. Thanks Davco. Also just recent after it was installed we have rain and snowmelt and yes no water in the basement so the issue was solved. Davco also helped with clean out in the basement which was an awesome bonus. They showed up when they said they would and they were easy to talk too. An honest company with hard working staff who are not contracted out. Right after the basement I had them come back to do a cement step as well and its perfect. Only thing that didn't work out so well for me was sealing the inside of my garage so water wouldn't come through but maybe that can be fixed outside, in the spring, which I wish they communicated that a little better to me. Had another company redo their repairs to my roof and chimney. Never put flashing back around chimney.

My husband and I purchased a home in may and my basement had massive water problems,the basement hadn't been touched since 1920 and Matthew came out gave me a quote and Matthew answered all my questions and believe me I had many but he was honest he explained everything to me, we needed a french drain and a cement floor put in i don't think we could of anticipated all the water problems that my house had inside and out, Davco help us with financing because at the same time we needed a new roof everything was going wrong but now we can finally breathe and giving us a dry basement was just the beginning of there work they were some unforseen problems and dave and matt took care of it .when i was getting quotesfrom other companies they were only interested in payment...DAVCO Kept us included they really wanted to fix our problems they kept us in every step of the way in every decision i can honestly say Dave and Matthew are professional but most importantly they have integrity and these days its hard to find hard working people with good hearts and their crew add on bonus they cleared everything out the basement read more
