Food was average. I don't think the food is worth the price but it's edible. Not too bad. Service was great and even though it was really busy our server made sure we always had everything we needed during our dinner and always had refills on cups. I had a great time. read more

Let me just say this place has the worst customer service, NEVER going back! we've eaten there 5 times and each time it's the same rude customer service they're so rude im scared to even ask for a beverage without receiving attitude! They don't check on you, they don't give you napkins with your food, or straws for your drinks you have to constantly ask them. the food is good but not good enough to put up with this shitty service. The host was very rude to me and my family, saying that "that area is closed" but there was no one there. Even the manager was disrespectful to my mother when we trying to spend our money there and watch the game but they didn't want to clean up table that we had politely asked after being told that there was no tables. Service wasn't great, all the workers were unfriendly, when sitting in the dining hall, conversation is impossible because of the terribly loud music that blasts through the speakers, and our food order was taken incorrectly, possibly due to the loud music or lack of communication/understanding on behalf of the server. The food was subpar and some of the game equipment was missing, which was surprising, considering there were multiple workers standing about chatting with each other. Over all i give it a 5. Kids enjoyed the burger. Service was friendly and helpful. One of the birthday kids had a problem with game card and Mgr was quick to resolve. Service was spot-on but good was warm not hot. Even after it was sent back it came back tepid. It will be a while before we go back again.

Husband and I decided to go out for some drinks and decided to go to Dave and busters. Not to mention it was our first time there. We sat at the bar and ask for a margarita. Margarita was very sour and did not have a good taste to it. so I told the girl that was at the bar and for some reason she got upset and called her manager so I could get a refund neither did the girl or manager apologized or ask if I wanted something. This is our first time at Dave & Buster's, and it was really good. We were seated right away, but we did get there before the lunch hour rush. The waitress was friendly, took our orders and got the kids' food out first (at our request). She brought us our water while we waited for our drinks. I ordered a Crown apple smashtail which was awesome, it was not too sweet but you could definitely taste the apple in the Crown and the granny smith apple flavor. My husband ordered the wildberry smashtail which was good, but not as good as the apple one. The kids ordered kids' burgers and fries and the pretzel dogs with a snow cone kind of drink that had a lit up cube inside of it which they got to keep. We ordered the chicken quesadilla appetizer which was pretty good with the salsa. It was a little pricy at $70 for the appetizer, the 2 drinks, 3 kids' meals and the 3 kids' drinks. But it was a birthday celebration so not too bad. The game room was even better. Very clean and everything in working order (but I see from other reviews that it's a brand new location). There were classics like Space Invaders and Pac-Man but with huge screens, like 10 ft tall huge, and new games like Mario Kart. We bought one card for $40 which had 250 tokens on it (I think it was 250), and between the 3 kids, it went fast. I don't know how many tokens each game took, but it was obviously more than 1 or 2. It was still a lot of fun. The tickets they won from the games were automatically put on the card, and they quickly got over 800 tickets. We thought that'd get them something good, but no, the good prizes all required a lot of tickets. My son got a kazoo which didn't work, and a sticky, wall crawling spider which didn't work either, so he was sorely disappointed. The candy was full size so it took a lot of tickets, too. But in the end, it's not about the cheap prizes but about how much fun we had playing the games. The women's bathroom was very clean, too; but the music was way too loud. We had to ask the waitress to repeat herself several times, and we couldn't hear each other talk until we sat next to each other. The wait time for our food was very long and there was absolutely no one there at the time I ordered my food. The chicken quesadillas were EXTREMELY salty..... I could feel the grains of salt while I ate the first bite. The service was very poor as well. We ordered three things from the menu all at the same time, one a kids item and it NEVER arrived. Even when they took back the quesadillas my child's food still never arrived. EVEN AS WE WERE PAYING THE FOOD NEVER CAME! I'm sorry but if you're going for the food, you may want to go somewhere else. It is not, in my opinion, a "food service" friendly place. Games- sure, drinks- okay, appetizers- fine. Plus the gm comes up with the lamest excuse for why the food may have seem salty. He even admits that I wasn't the only customer who admitted the same thing. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the games. The wait staff was pretty bad and service had much room for improvement. Our waitress was busy but by the end of the meal didn't even bother to come check on us anymore and I had to ask multiple times for the check, my husband and kids took off to the have room because we'd been waiting so long. I didn't even get my meal and just shared with my husband. I finally paid the bill and let the manager know what a disappointing experience we had and all I got was a quick "I'll talk to her". Never going back we went And the host was real rude we said we wanted a table and kept insisting we sit at the bar since t was first come first serve but it was packed so eventually she marks us down and we wait about 20 minutes for a table . Once we get out table they just show us where our table is and we just sit there..... my fiancé and I just kept waiting for 15 minutes and no one came to the table not even to offer us a drink . This is by far the slowest service I've ever experienced. It could've been just the particular day or the server, but my party of five arrived at 8:30. We did not get our checks returned to us until 11:30. Three hours for five people and it didn't even seem that busy. We were planning on playing games but there wasn't much time when we were finally able to leave the table. And the problem was that everything took long. It was 30 minutes before we placed our drink order. Another 30 minutes before we got food orders and so on. She gave us a free dessert but it was too late by that point. read more

I am so disappointed in this place it's not what it's hyped up to be. My family and I got there and they told us we had an 1 1/2 hr wait which my husband made it clear we wanted seating by the T.V. To watch the game. When we were called they wanted to seat us by the side without T.V.s so we asked why if we had specifically asked to be seated by the T.V.s. The 3 hostess' gave my family and I very dirty looks and said it was another 30 minute wait. We waited because we wanted the unlimited wings and to see the game. When seated they were so packed that the waiter didn't know what he was doing and gave us the wrong order no sweet tea was made and had to give me tap water which they charged me $1 for... they somehow got messed up with our order forgot our appetizers which they still tried to charge us for and told us because my daughter who is only 2 got a wing and fry from my plate they were gonna charge me 19.99 for another all you can eat wings deal. Ridiculous!! And because we complained I guess they said to my family and I that we could no longer return to Dave and Busters because we give there business a bad impression... hhhmmm... so all in all DON'T GO THERE THEY HAVE REALLY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!
