Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500-$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. That being said, while on vacation in my hometown recently, I had a brake disaster, and had only one day to get my car repaired on short notice before having to make the four hour drive home. I called four shops before calling Justin, and all of the other shops were busy and didn't have time to help, even though I stated the urgency of my situation. Justin asked me to bring it in right away and they would see what they could do. I dropped it off by 9:00 a.m. and had it back by 1:00, and the repairman even took photos of what the issue was (shoddy work by my previous shop on a brake pad replacement).
