I used an agent at Re Max to manage a rental house in Moab. Not only was the agent inattentive, but…read morethe individual was not a good steward of the client's money during a modest renovation. Furthermore, the agent antagonised the contractors to the point where the contractors threatened to quit. Minor repairs and improvements never seemed to happen. Communication was lacking, and the agent behaived as if employed by the tenants, not by the property's owner. Overall, a very dissapointing experieince.
