At 4:15 when they hadn't come I called and asked for an update. The gal on the phone said the guys got delayed and asked if they could come at 8am the next day. The plumber came around 8:20am Thursday. Stuff happens but if they couldn't make it during the timeframe they gave me, they should've called me to tell me not to wait around. It was also $120 just to snake one shower drain and the plumber wouldn't take a check, he said they would send a bill. The price seemed high for 10 minutes of work and I would rather have taken care of the payment on the same day. I'm glad to have the drain unclogged but I won't be calling Chet's again.
