The plumber came around 8:20am Thursday. Stuff happens but if they couldn't make it during the timeframe they gave me, they should've called me to tell me not to wait around. It was also $120 just to snake one shower drain and the plumber wouldn't take a check, he said they would send a bill. They told me that because this home builder glued everything, I would need a plumber and quietly recommended this place. I placed a call and Angel came out the next morning. Showed him both problems, the other being an overflow issue with the dishwasher. He told me how to fix that issue and within 30 minutes sent a quote. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150.
