She then asked if we were working with an agent and we said we hadn't gotten that far yet. She came right over, let us into the house and before we had a second to look at anything she tried to pressure us into signing something that said she was the only agent we were working with. I'm not one to sign a contract in this way nor were we willing to say that we wouldn't hire an agent to help us through the buying process. Mary Ann snapped back that this was why she asked us if we were working with anyone. Going further she stated that if we were working with an agent that person should be there working instead of her. It was so rude my husband and I were stunned. We stated that we would be happy to leave. She paused and said "just look at it". We started to look around and just decided to leave. She was so disrespectful. There were many ways for her to deal with us that weren't rude. I feel bad for the people who are using her as their agent.
