David returned my call a few minutes later and let me know that the home I had expressed interest in was newly under contract. He asked questions about our current home buying situation and we spoke for an hour - it was a very informative and comfortable conversation. My husband is a naturally skeptical person, especially when it comes to real estate. We had been through two prior home purchase experiences, one in Rhode Island and in Massachusetts.
