Regina took us here to give us a little history lesson on Bentonville and this little area. So cool! It is right across from the Library, so a fun place to bring your kids afterwards or before, or even just yourself to read your book! Beautiful landscaping, benches, and covered seating/gazebo. Unique for the history of the Butterfield Railyard and downtown Rogers but it's also next to some a busy street on the other side. A trash truck drove by and crop dusted us with some strong trashy smell. The playground has a bunch of hills and climbing obstacles/tunnels. Benches surround the playground. The park is lined with recycled rubber, so it's soft and didn't get hot under the baking sun. The splash pad beneath the three faux water towers were fun as well. Each water tower has its own personality. On the other end you'll find a retired and renovated train crane around a playground with elevated slides and a lookout tower. Beyond that the Butterfield amphitheatre where I bet they host some concerts and festivals on the weekends and holidays. The City of Rogers made good use of a the historic railroad space. As the trees grow in and up, there will be more shade and I bet when as the fall approaches, more people will come to this park. Clean bathrooms are in the yellow container (railroad track side), along with a working water fountain. Nice park.

We had time to kill before we could checkin, so the first place all my girls ventured towards was the creek. Osage Creek, a brisk walk from our parking spot, had water snakes, fish, and small black crayfish - yet none of this bothered my kids or our dog. It was so dang hot on July 24, 2025 that the kids walked barefoot in the creek and the dog plopped down on her belly for a break. Lol. A walking path, public restrooms, and playground were nearby. Free parking. Trash free. The only thing that caught us off guard was when an unleashed dog rushed over to my leashed canine. The owner was slow to respond yet apologetic. Huge fan.

The pass is actually an all day pass. Which means we could have come in the morning and then left and then come back again. I LOVE THIS. My daughter still takes several naps, so it is good to know we can go home and nap and eat and then come back! The playground has something for all children. It has infants-7ish I would say. They are divided by sections but at the same time everything is connected so your one year old and your 5 year old are playing in the same place, still in their age appropriate sections. My daughter had a lot of fun in the 0-3 year old section. She tried to explore around but she always found herself back to the 0-3 year old section. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They are always going around cleaning which making everything really nice for the children and the parents. My only thing is that the play area is a sock only section but then the workers walk in the play area with their shoes...so that's kind of funny but whatever. It costs $8 for a day pass and then you can get $20 play pass for 3 plays which I think is really nice! I believe they have a month subscription but I am not sure. For the adults there is tables and a coffee/cafe bar which is really nice. If you are coming for a party I think that have two party rooms, but I know for sure there is one. Can't wait to come back!

The park has a fun playground with plenty of slides, swings, climbing toys, and so much more for kids to play on. It isn't really geared for toddlers. I let me toddler play on it, but I'm right there with her to make sure she doesn't fall or take a wrong step. Overall, it is a really fun park. They have a good variety of toys for kids to play on. I'm also a fan of the "see-saw", my friend and I played on it haha. So, kids and adults can have fun here! There is also a basketball court next to it. There are a few picnics tables too. Overall, it is a good park. I'm not a huge fan of the general area. I don't feel unsafe or anything being there, but still not a huge fan. Sometimes it also smells a little bit, I think it is something with the draining between the park and the parking lot. There is a small/medium sized parking lot right next to the playground. Overall, a fun park to bring your kids to!

(Parked just outside the fence near right field.) Long story short, we are COVERED in Chigger Bites!!!! This was the only place where both of us had gotten out of the truck together at the same place other than home. So it is obvious the parasites came from the park grounds. How absolutely ridiculous that you can have such a beautiful park that is infested with parasites!!!

It is across the street from the Amazeum off of J street. There is a large parking lot for the park. You will have no problem finding parking! Well, unless there is some large happening, in general you should be good. AMENITIES: The park has bathrooms and drinking fountains. There is also a covered picnic table area. Along the pathway of the pond/fountain there are benches as well. PARK: This is a pretty large park. My daughter loves playing by the pond and I have to constantly convince her it is not a good idea to go swimming in the water haha. There is a large field where there are wildflowers. There is a pathway you can walk through it. There are a lot of concrete walkways to walk around the pond/park. The landscape around the park is nicely maintained and generally there are beautiful flowers as well, unless it is winter :( haha. Great park!!
