At around 8PM, after this "24hour business" (at the time) dodged all of my calls, my wife left a message posing as a new customer. It was at this point he called her back and I answered. He complained about it being late and it was like pulling teeth getting him back out here to do the job halfway. It took two visits from them to get it done, and another week (of him complaining that he needed his fans back) for the carpet to finish drying out. Afterwards, he left one of the fans he complained about wanting back. Six months later I texted and said he can either get it or I'm throwing it away, and he said I could just toss it.
