Unfortunately, the results have been nothing short of disastrous. - [ ] Within 3 weeks of installation, the flooring started to show significant issues, including cracking, uneven surfaces, peeling up, etc. This is unacceptable for a product that was supposed to be durable and professional-grade. We were directed by Terry on purchasing a high-end product to meet our needs. - [ ] The impact on our business has been severe: - [ ] Operational Disruptions: We've had to close parts of our premises and redirect resources to manage the issues, which has directly affected our daily operations. We have had to shut down additional days for another flooring company to repair their terrible work. - [ ] Damage to Reputation: Customers and Employees have noticed the flooring flaws, negatively affecting their perception of our business. - [ ] Financial Loss: The ongoing problems have caused unexpected repair costs, lost revenue, and potential liability concerns. - [ ] To make matters worse, when we contacted the company about these issues, their representative, Jeff, was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, Jeff repeatedly displaced blame, suggesting that the problems were due to mopping or a water leak--both of which are completely inaccurate. Not only did we have our utility company confirm no water leaks, a third party plumbing company inspected our floors as well. All was paid out at our own expense. During this process, it was discovered that no water lines, plumbing of any sort ran around or near the problem areas of the floor. Jeff stated he would have a 3rd party inspector come out to double check that it was not an installation issue, they never showed up. It was clearly an installation issue. - [ ] This level of deflection and lack of accountability is unacceptable and adds to our frustration. - [ ] We expected much better from a company that claims to provide quality flooring and reliable customer support. I strongly urge others to consider alternative providers and thoroughly research before making any commitments here. This experience has been costly, stressful, and deeply disappointing. We were given a 1-year warranty on the flooring; however, without filing a lawsuit, we have no recourse to make them keep their end of the deal.
