Garage door started acting crazy so I called Dave. I expected I'd have to leave a voicemail but no, the call was answered. That's one star, additionally it was Dave that answered, and not AI situation. A second start comes from the fact, Dave was able to come out the same day and quote me. Third star comes from the fact that Dave was able to fix my garage door the very next day, in fact he was able to fix it the same day, however unfortunately, I was not available. Fourth star comes from the fact. He only quoted me for what was needing repairs, and did not try to upsell or add in any additional repairs that were not needed. Dave says he is available 24/7! He answered my call promptly and was at my door within 15 minutes. I needed a repair to a 2 car garage door. I had backed into it when it was halfway up/down, bending the 1&2 panels. Dave evaluated the job and said that the panels were indeed bent and had separated from the vertical supports in several locations. He was able to install a strut as well as reinforce the separated panels with additional bolts. You would have to look closely to see the damage after he had completed his repairs. Dave and his assistant Carlos are the epidemy of extraordinary service. I had made an appointment for a 6:00 am service call. He and Carlos showed up at 6:00 am on the dot. After an evaluation it was deiced to replace the opener. After going for parts Dave and Carlos returned, and job was finished by 9: 00 am. On Sunday I noticed a slight sticking of the door.
