He (Mario) uses uninsured subcontractors to do jobs like reroofing and plumbing, and electric. I bought a house over a year ago that claimed to have a new roof and am currently replacing roof in full after claims and litigation. The guy wouldn't know how to change a door knob and thinks you can do business with illegals who moonlight as subcontractors. Closing process was smooth and was actually efficient. Wish I could say they vet their employees and sellers but that is their shortcoming. I've basically replaced everything possible in a year but i like the house and location. I 100% overpaid for the house but I will be 1000% paying more to make it right. Hope this is helpful and id avoid doing business with Mario - like I'd avoid the plague.
