    Communication. When you are working in insurance, communication is key. If a client is stuck on the…read moreroadway in rush hour traffic in Stockton and not only does the agent not answer their phone but leaves no instructions for the roadside service, well you get it. This is just one example of the lack of service I along with my 18 year old daughter experienced with Mrs. Sordi. Shoot forward a few months and suddenly the new insurance takes 3 times the monthly charge in one swipe. If you tell a client " I'll call you in a few days" when they reach out to you and it turns into 6 days and $$ still not returned? The rates were great! No doubt. BUT when your clients rely on you for help and service and your communication is about as effective as making smoke signs using fire, ya you get it. Lastly, when the client ( ya me) tells you I no longer need your services, cancel my insurance and all you do is say okay and not even offer to try and fix the problem, well you feel like one the misfit toys. Oh ya, because I was forced to call my bank and report fraud charges and stop the payment, I found even better insurance through Costco. Ameriprise not only beat Mrs. Sordi , they actually communicate with you and call you back in the same hour!

I was on my parent's insurance…read morepolicy with a different agent in Turlock and when I purchased a new car, I had to either get my own insurance policy or stay on my parents and have them as a co-signer. I wanted to be independent so I decided to get my own insurance. Luckily, at the time I knew Julie through business and reached out to her. I had about a day to get insurance with my new car coming and Julie went above and beyond to make sure there were no beats skipped so it wouldn't delay the delivery of my car. It wasn't until November 2015 when my car was hit by a non-insured driver that I realized how great this agency is. I had never been in a collision and didn't know what to do. I called Julie up and she started the lengthy process and filed a claim. When it came to payment of the repairs, there was a lot of miscommunication with the repair shop and Allstate (not Bob Warner's office - but corporate) on the payment and when I called Julie to tell her what was going on, she called me back within 10 minutes telling me that my car would be ready to be picked up that afternoon. I don't do business personally with Julie anymore, but she puts 100% into her job . When she found out I moved she called to make sure everything was okay. It reassured me that switching agents was one of the best things I had done. I haven't personally worked with Bob but his staff is phenomenal and I am glad I switched agents. *Side note: My friends car got broken into and my stuff got stolen back in December 2014. Since I had renters insurance, I was able to file a claim. When I reached out to my previous agent to file a claim, he wouldn't respond. That was a huge annoyance to me and I knew I wasn't going to continue to have him as an agent when I going through the process of purchasing my new car. It wasn't until I switched agents he reached out to me saying the emails I sent were in his spam mailbox.
