However, what you get compared to what you hope or expect can be way over or under. Expectations and hopes are limitless. In this case, the service was way more than I expected. In fact I can not imagine anything they could have done better. The service man showed up on time and then one and a half hours my air-conditioning unit was running perfect communication perfect timing and perfectly executed. What more can a customer ask for. And by the way, I have been a customer of Harwich Port Heating And Cooling for 16 years. It just happens. I found another HVAC company that I can rely on.
