I specialize in anxiety and overcoming blocks holding you back from your goals. My overall business is hypnotherapy, but I integrate Neurolinguistic programming (NLP). In simple terms, I understand how you store your experiences AND how to shift into your desired outcome. My work consists of understanding the complexities of the narratives holding your undesired habits or behaviors together. With this knowledge our mind and body can store the experiences differently so your focus can go where you want it to the most. This work is very efficient, but still requires commitment for 3 or more sessions if you are looking for significant results.
History
Established in 2022.
I started Mindset Mastery after using hypnotherapy for my own healing journey. My goal is to help clients discover the tools they already have through using hypnotherapy. I have been to therapy, received a BA degree in psychology, read self help books, meditated, utilized mindset modalities, and nothing has gotten me farther faster than hypnotherapy. My past self and many of my clients have tried to out logic their healing journey, however it simply does not work. Hypnotherapy has helped bring awareness to my patterns and beliefs through a feelings based approach. A feelings based approach to the mind is important because it allows us to hold space and compassion for those parts of ourself that have unmet needs. As someone who has very little recollection of her childhood and is not visual, I can assure you that a feelings based approach is the most effective way to work with the mind.
Meet the Business Owner: Jarisa J.
Hi there, I am Jarisa, the owner of Mindset Mastery Hypnotherapy. After my own journey with hypnotherapy, I am passionate about working with clients to help them realize they have the tools they need to overcome challenges. However, to access those tools, sometimes we need a little guidance, support, and compassion. It's easy to criticize where we think we should be on our journey. We know we shouldn't eat that late night meal. We know we need to think positively. However, our mind isn't trying to punish us and we shouldn't punish ourself either. Therefore, I help clients through a feelings based approach to changing their mindset and belief systems. I teach clients how to release suppressed emotions and hold space for themself as they navigate their healing journey.
