Oh, he did draw fluid off my elbow to send into the labs. Later his office called and informed me there was "no infectious bacteria". However, when my new doctor called (Dr. Ferrari has been fired), his office was unable to produce the reports because the sample was never sent in!! Can we say "fraud"? Not to mention he cortorized the wrong area on my elbow (how does one miss a noticeable wound?) nor did he administer the numbing agent prior to the procedure. What an incompetent fool. Both my brother and I both have fired him (for separate reasons) due to having no clue or outright negligence, misdiagnoses or failure to make any diagnosis at all and just stabbing in the dark. Prior to being taken on as a patient, I was suffering from debilitating pain which would land me in the ER twice, sometimes three times a week. It kept me from being able to perform simple, menial household chores - checking the mail, washing dishes, even sweeping and vacuuming were extremely taxing on my person. It was an exercise in futility trying to find a comfortable position to sit or lay down just to relax and good, quality, restorative sleep was nearly impossible and generally only achievable once I was utterly exhausted, and if I was lucky enough to catch a break from the pain I was experiencing. From the first visit, my quality of life made a complete 180 degree turn. I was finally able to get to sleep at night, I could mow my lawn, sweep the kitchen, vacuum the hallway, walk my dogs, make a satisfying meal and do a multitude of things most people don't even think twice about. I had finally gotten a sense of normalcy and purpose back in my life - things you can NOT put a price on!
