I called in February to schedule an appointment for my son for therapy and was told nothing was available until April. I took the appointment and waited until his appointment date. I was called the week before his appointment to be told that he needed a primary care physician I explained he had one already. Then the person continued to say Well, he needs to be on meds, I explained that he is already taking meds for ADHD; we are just looking for a behavior therapist, that is it. She continued and said Well, sorry, but we can't help you until June, so we need to change the appointment. I went off and said I called in February and told y'all what was needed, and y'all told me there was no appointment available until April. I took it and waited patiently. Now you are calling me a week before his appointment to tell me that NOW you have nothing available until JUNE because it is an inconvenience for your office that he doesn't require previous appointments that you are trying to get. I said No, thank you, but your office is seriously unprofessional in every aspect. As a person who has worked in the medical field for over 12 years, I would never treat my future patients or current patients in this manner.
