I walked there, and arrived a couple minutes before my appointment, walked in and nobody EVER acknowledged me. I saw the bank of seating so I went over and sat, and one of the other stylists asked another gentleman if he was waiting on a particular stylist, and the gentleman said no, and he was waiting on his ride, but the stylist didn't acknowledge me, and proceeded to his hair to look at his phone. I proceeded to sit there for 10 minutes while another stylist watched tv in his chair, and the other stylists were with clients, all while my anxiety ramped up because, well, anxiety. I walked outside and waited a few more minutes, and finally just walked back home. I know this is partly on me and go ole anxiety, but I've literally NEVER gone for any service and not even been acknowledged with a "Good Morning" or at least "who are you here to see.

I go there every 4 weeks for almost 3 years. I saw they had t-shirts so I asked for one since I am such a good customer. No senior discount for a skin fade haircut at $32 plus tip AND they charged me an extra $22 for the t-shirt which I had thought it should be free since I would be advertising for the owner. I paid for is since it's my fault for not asking if it were free so I'll only wear it when i get my haircut to advertise for my Barber Trina. And remind Mikey that he's cheap and not a good owner who doesn't greet or treat you like the customer deserves.
