They aren't using soap in the wash at all and my car came out still covered in salt. At least 10 cars passed in line beyond the car I was behind when I pulled in before the attendant even came to speak to me. On top of that a $25 full service vs $5 exterior to me would be a no brainer as far as which customer to service. The attendant made no mention of the broken soap dispenser when they took my money. I guess it was a blessing in disguise they weren't offering the more expensive washes since it's only a rinse anyways. You can't get a receipt either because their receipt printer is also broken. Stay far away.
