I reminded him they did exactly that a month ago for me, and he says they made an "exception". I was never told they were making an exception. I took the wheels/tires to Best One and they will mount/balance them - no problem. Next time I have an automotive need, I'll go anywhere except RNR. You should too. She even talked me through finding the tire size so she could check stock. The office is clean, and comfortable for those who choose to wait for their car. Two women at the desk for prompt service and they really know their tires. I was impressed. My flat was beyond repair and I was given price for the recommended brand replacement as well as a more economical but acceptable substitute. It was recommended, not surprisingly, that I replace the whole set. The reasoning was clearly and patiently explained and NO high pressure or scare tactics used. I opted to just get the one but plan to come back soon and get them all updated. Car was ready when promised and I got a text message informing me. Tires sold here are primarily new so this is probably not the place if you're looking for used, otherwise highly recommended. Oh yeah, at Christmastime they build a little tire tree out front!

When I called Wednesday for an update, they explained the wheel couldn't be refinished due to its forged construction, but they could clean it up making the damage nearly invisible from 10 feet away. They finished Thursday, and to my surprise, the charge was only $125. I've washed my car three times since, and I genuinely cannot see where the damage was. They did a fantastic job. If I ever need wheel repair again, I'm going straight back to them. Minor drawbacks: Their 9-5 M-F hours are inconvenient for dropping off a car, and communication about progress could be better. That said, the quality of work more than makes up for it.
