We've worked with them twice, once when we planned and purchased materials for a paver patio…read moreproject, then again ten years later when we needed some upkeep and paver leveling done. Our first purchase with them went well and they were helpful with material estimates and planning. As for our second experience with them, it appears they were in a hurry to get the job done and the quality of their work fell short of our expectations. After calling them several times and explaining the issues with their work, we could never get them to come back out to address the problems. We were disappointed in the lack of customer service and the results of the work they did. It has taken an additional six hours of work to correct their mistakes. (Wrong color pavers used, failure to complete the job, use of substandard material, failure to follow up, etc.) I would not recommend them for paver work.

Banotai is a beautiful greenhouse, but it's expensive as well, at least compared to the other plant…read morenursery down the road. I enjoy walking through the store and admiring their products but I don't always end up buying. There are some price markdowns throughout the year for better deals. If price isn't a concern, Banotai is a great place to stock up on all kinds of annuals, perennials, and vegetable plants.
