After discussing this on the phone, he agreed to partially refund me for the hardship. Several months later, I dropped the fake card off and he texted me to deny that he sold me the card but that he would "honor the $7 store credit offer". Notably, this is not the remedy we agreed upon on the phone. It is unfortunate that after spending a significant amount of money at this store, I have been met with such dishonest behavior. I write this review only to warn shoppers to be careful of what they buy. If hardship may occur, do not depend on Rich to make you whole. You will be disappointed.

Every thing that is marked regular price is 20% off and they have a monthly competition where they gift a buyer $50 if you bought at least $20 worth of stuff. At the time of this review, it was my second visit in 20 days and I still came out with a huge haul (see pic). They are super active on their Facebook page always taking pictures of their latest arrivals. They also hold things for you at your request so that's how I came out with my next series of cats!
