They installed their spare battery plus took it back out afterwards when we got to their marina. On top of that, the guy who did the work was so friendly and explained what we needed to do when we got back to our marina. Just five star service for complete strangers. She spoke highly of them because her dad gets all his service there. I trailered my boat and drove it over to Lane's End. I was greeted by the service manager (think his name was Tim?) who was so much more professional than people at other marina's I had been dealing with. He looked things over quick and you could just tell that he really knew what he was talking about. He gave me some prices up front and told me how long he thought it would take. I had my boat back in the water in just 2 days (and that was only because they had to get a part for it). And they were 100% fair on cost. It is rare anymore that a business will find you in a desperate situation and not try to take advantage of you............Can't say enough about how great they were. I will recommend this place to everyone.

There was a problem with it, and Independent Marine addressed it quickly and at no charge. When it had a different problem, they took it back as a trade for the full price I paid applied to a different boat. I can't detail all the different ways they went above and beyond for me. I found the GM Janice to be honest and responsive. I will be storing my boat there over the winter. I highly recommend Independent Marine, and have suggested to my brother that he get a boat from them.

They detailed the boat, gave us bumpers, life vests, and 4 lines so we could tie the boat off. I felt we paid a reasonable amount, I was happy, and took delivery Labor Day weekend. They winterized it, stored it, and got it ready for a June pick-up. I'm now dealing with the service department, and I feel they are bending over backwards to accommodate us. They were responsive to emails and phone calls regarding the problem. When the problem persisted this weekend, Kevin came out and replaced our starter while the boat was still on the water - not an easy task for sure! Thanks also to Colton, Max, Mark & Chris who all had a hand in addressing the problem and coordinating a permanent fix!
