Neglected Duties: My tenants are still in the property months later because he failed to set a court date, ignored my instructions, and continually blamed me for delays while taking my money. Threatened Me Over This Review: He sent messages and posted on Yelp claiming my review was "fake," threatening legal action, and stating he could charge $150 per day in damages for defamation, libel, malicious prosecution, and other claims. This review reflects my personal experience. Bottom line: In my experience, this service was unreliable, overcharged, and acted outside its legal scope. I asked him to send me the signed completed proof of service and I will file it myself and he refused to complete the proof of service form which is required to be filed after every completion of service, and he sent me message stating that he is invalidating the service and I had to serve the complaint again with a different server. I am astounded at the lack of care and unprofessional behavior from this guy. This hurt my case tremendously and Charles Wilson should lose his license for doing this, what he did was unprofessional and against the law.
