I will say initially the law office was amazing. Set up all of my moms legal issues. However, when it was time for me to sell her house (she is now out of state) I have to get my own attorney. Hired this firm to generate will and other needed paperwork for my father-in-law. We dropped him off with his brothers at the office. Picked them all back up for lunch (good family day). Received the paperwork in a reasonable time frame. Great job with all required forms! Now our problem, Due to medical issues my father-in-law could not sign his plans at their office. SO this firm required that an attorney and notary at $800.00 pre-paid cash could drive out to the house on the weekend. I questioned that only a notary is required. But this firm refused. This ione of the 99% that give the 1% of good attorneys a bad name. It got worse! I suspect their office leaked out information that only me and the office had any knowledge of regarding our case. Mr. Malone, along with Mary Campbell, are definitely two of the most competent attorneys I have worked with. Mary is at another location, but she is a beautiful person. She is very patient, knowledgeable and down to earth. Mr. Malone , I worked with on a Real Estate transaction. I could not have gotten through the mess which the realtors created for me without Mr. Malone. He really has your back. The realtors took advantage of me as I am a senior citizen who suffers medical issues; one being memory. Mr. Malone was very nice, never critical and gave me direct advice on how to get through the mess and close the transaction so that I would not be taken for a ride!! Be aware that you may have some realtor list your home and act like they will "work" for you; and once that offer comes in it could be a down hill slide. They could set you up in ways you would not even realize till it is done; very scary indeed. I would have never been able to sell my home without Mr. Malone!!! Was great at first, was more than willing to pay the price so I could get good service, after all you get what you pay for right. Well after all was said and done, received all the paperwork, (so I thought) and case was closed and all was well. Only to find out after the legal team from the company I had sent the legal documents I had received from Zumbrunn Law, told me that the documents are not VALID, NOT VALID. This law firm ONLY sent me the GC-340 which is not a legal document, I need the GC-350 which is the only legal document accepted. They claim they sent it with a copy of the GC-340 right behind it, but it is only another copy of the GC-340, I got two copies of the 340. When I called I was told I have to call the court myself to get the copy (well of course they will not help after all they got paid :) must be so proud of themselves), and I was told good luck getting it because of covid and all, so basically out of luck sucks to be you. Now I have no way to help my daughter. Thanks so much! read more

I strongly suggest NOT retaining Zumbrunn for Family Law matters. In retaining an attorney I expected that I would be paying for someone to fight for me and my family, to advocate for us. Instead, I paid a ridiculous amount of money for him to try to get my ex and I to agree on everything so that when we went to the judge it was easy for him to present an agreed stipulation without having to provide a compelling argument to the judge, to stand up for us. To fight for what is in the best interest of our child. He did not fight for us in the way I expected. In addition, it took several months to receive important documents from his office, which impacted our ability to access important services and resources for our child who is struggling in home, at school, and in the community. We were significantly mislead. I understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed, but if I'm paying someone to fight for me, I expect that they do one heck of a job trying to get us what we want. And if he did that, I would have given a much better review. But that is not the case. read more
