I'd completed their online waiver ahead of time so I didn't have to do anything upon arrival. Downstairs is where the ranges and a small classroom are located. The range guys were also pleasant and professional. There are a couple policies in place that don't make sense to me, but that's a small thing, I suppose. The range is well organized and easy to use. Firearms prices upstairs were pretty much on par with other local places, though there is a decent selection.

I was a little disappointed by the small inventory of knives and multitools. Bass Pro prices range from bargains to ultra-premium products, so look online before you shop. Probably the best selection of hats on this side of the Mississippi. Taking a star off because the sales reps were RELENTLESS. They bothered my friend and I the entire time we were in the store. Neither of us were interested in buying the credit card and that sentiment has not changed since our visit.

So they decided send the firearm and to keep the magazines that I paid for worth over $500. I offered to pay for them to send the magazines to a gunsmith of their choosing to do the work they declined. They gave me no options and just kept my property.
