These folks came through and arrived to my location and to the airport on time. I will say an uber would have probably been cheaper, but having a chance to confirm a car offered great peace of mind.

My husband and I booked a round trip ticket last night to Blackhawk as a parents night out. The way…read moreto black hawk was fine, on time and no issues. Driver told us exactly where pick up was in front of the Isle hotel lobby (we even saw another bus picking up there as we were getting dropped off). Fast forward to 11:10pm, we head back to the pick up location for the 11:25 bus...no show... the valet guy said it was probably canceled, but shouldn't we have received some sort of communication about that?! So we decide to not make a big deal of it, grab some food and wait for the 12:25am bus...we show up at 12:15, and wait and wait as we watch 2 ramblin buses stop, one of the Ramblin drivers even said that the Ace bus was coming right behind. Well we FINALLY see the Ace bus at 12:40am, and instead of heading right at the light towards the Isle, they take a quick left and disappear. We head in to the lobby where the staff tells us that if they turned left that means they were full and won't pick up anymore. WOW okay cool so instead of having the curtesy of letting your customers know that it's full, you just drive the other way to avoid us and keep us waiting in freezing cold temperatures. NOT TO MENTION MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A BABYSITTER WAITING FOR US AS HOME. We ended up getting lucky with a lyft, paid a fortune, and got home at 2am, almost 2 hours later than we told our sitter. We're just fortunate we didn't get stranded in Black Hawk before the winter storm. You bet I will 100% continue to try to get a hold of this company (oh yeah I tried calling at least 50 times, no answer obviously) and get every single penny of my money back. AVOID THIS BUS AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO RAMBLIN.

Not having to worry about transportation and being with somebody who knows each area with recommendations making the visit efficient yet very enjoyable. The van was packed but we had a good respectful group so it was a recommended trip! Monica made everybody at ease and had our best time in Colorado. Oh, and her driving skills was a top notch! Easy she spotted us on the meeting spot and dropped us off the same way.

The Sprinter was white glove clean, fully stocked and smelled wonderful - as a frequent host for my clients I've ordered party buses/limos before and they stunk of cigar smoke or Jersey Shore sweat. None of that with A Advantages Sprinter! The Chauffeur, Robert was as amazing as well. Polite, on time, courteous the whole 9 yds. We will definitely be looking to A Advantage Limousine for future limousine transportation to: DIA, Red Rocks, Broncos or any Occasion where luxury transportation is needed. Well done boys!

I instead was picked up on my wedding day in a sprinter not like anything I had seen on the site. Keep in mind this was on my wedding day. I was not able to sit in the back with my wedding party but instead in front next to the driver with trash, empty water bottles, half drank water bottles, dirty rags. It was absolutely disgusting & horrible. I will not recommend their services it was a total waste of money and added unnecessary stress on my wedding day!
