They provided a quote but when I followed up to add the tip they stopped communicating. Would not consider for future events.

The bus was clean and a ton of fun to ride around in, and Jovan was as friendly and professional as I've seen anyone.

I use the Golden Call-N-Ride on days when the weather does not permit me to ride my roadbike to…read moreschool. I LOVE the new morning bus driver (much better than last semester). He's energetic and peppy in the morning, which makes for a very enjoyable ride to school. The Golden Call-N-Ride is an extention of RTD public transit services. They have a scheduled route, a flex route (runs at certain time intervals), and a call-in service. You must call and reserve a pick-up at least 2 hours in advance. While I have not used the call-in service, I have called to ask them to stop on a flex route stop outside of their flex route hours. The "Golden green bus" is incredibly convenient as it stops at the Colorado School of Mines and the JeffCo Light Rail Station. As a CSM student, I get a discounted bus pass every year which makes for easy commuting. I am very excited that RTD expanded their service out to Golden. I'd like to see light rail service to the airport next (crossing my fingers that it was connect with the W-line with only one transfer!).

I used the service in the past and never had a problem; however, RTD has recently contracted with a…read morenew provider called Via: https://viacolorado.org/. In recent weeks, there have been a number of problems, including a 55 minute wait to be picked up one afternoon, a bus that never showed on another afternoon, drivers who have not been trained (to the extent that they don't know the routes or, at times, even how to use their onboard computer/GPS system), and a missed connection at light rail on one morning. As I say, all of these incidents have taken place within recent weeks, and I never had trouble with the previous contractor. I do not fault the drivers. With one exception, the new drivers have all been pleasant, and I don't mind providing directions as needed. I am absolutely dependent on the service and I really need it to work as it used to work. A complaint has also been submitted to RTD directly: 300-299-6000.

At first we were like ok whatever, just a regular switch up.... until he shared with us that another girl payed double for the van so that's why we didn't get the party bus. How unprofessional to tell us that and also to not accommodate us ahead of time for this kind of switch up. Also the seats in the back weren't bolted correctly so the two who had to sit in the back were not properly secure. And the driver was drinking beer while we were stopped at red rocks. This place is just asking for a lawsuit yikes!

I would not recommend Ride to Red Rocks to anyone. We reserved their $700 U-Bus/party bus service…read morefor transportation from the University of Denver to Red Rocks on April 5, and the entire experience was incredibly unprofessional and unsafe. From the beginning, communication with the company was disorganized and unprofessional--an immediate red flag. We had reserved the bus for pickup between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. Not only did the bus not arrive until 5:30, but we also received no update until 5:05, leaving us wondering whether a bus was coming at all. This complete lack of timely communication is unacceptable. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was not the party bus we were promised. Instead, it was a three-row Sprinter van with an extra, unsecured row of loose seats in the trunk area. This vehicle was advertised to comfortably and safely accommodate up to 16 people. Thankfully, only 12 of us showed up--had the full group come, the situation would have been even worse. The most alarming part of the experience was the seating. Two members of our group, including myself, were forced to sit in the unanchored seats in the back. These seats were tilted backward when we entered and had to be manually lifted upright by the driver. There were no functional seatbelts in this row, and due to the lack of security, we actually felt less safe attempting to use them. This is a clear safety violation and legal liability. To make matters even worse, upon arriving at Red Rocks, our driver cracked open a beer and began drinking. It is absolutely unacceptable for a professional driver--who would be responsible for our safety on the return trip--to consume alcohol while on duty. After the event, we attempted to reach out to the company to discuss a refund or appropriate compensation, given that the service provided did not remotely match what we reserved and paid for. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism continued. Not only were our concerns dismissed, but a representative went so far as to call one customer a "dumb bitch who paid twice." This kind of language and treatment is appalling. In short, this company is not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere--both your money and your safety are at serious risk with Ride to Red Rocks. Additionally, they texted us on April 14 at 1 AM asked us to delete our reviews on yelp. Is this doesn't show how unprofessional this company is I don't know what will.

For about $70 per person, you'll meet up at Black Shirt Brewing in RiNo, Denver, a few hours before your show. After check-in, you can imbibe some food and beverages if you'd like while waiting for the bus. You can also bring food and beverages on the bus (including alcohol), which is pretty cool. Then you'll board the bus and, depending on who you end up riding with, you might party for the 45-minute ride, or maybe you'll chill. Our ride landed somewhere in the middle. The company and driver are very concerned about the vibes. They have a full code of conduct and encourage everyone to wear nametags, socialize, and mention how they want the "vibes" to be good the entire time. While I am all for vibes, for $70 a pop, I should be able to vibe however I want. The departure takes a bit longer. The bus will wait for you down at the lowest lot at Red Rocks. It's quite a walk. Once boarded, you'll probably be in for a longer ride to get out of the parking lot and get back to Denver. They do offer drop-off at three partner hotels, which worked great for us as we stayed in one. Plus, we were able to get a hotel discount through an affiliate link. Overall, a great experience and a fantastic way to get to Red Rocks. I just felt like the pricing was a bit high and the focus on the "vibes" was a bit intense for the price I paid.

Driver told us exactly where pick up was in front of the Isle hotel lobby (we even saw another bus picking up there as we were getting dropped off). Fast forward to 11:10pm, we head back to the pick up location for the 11:25 bus...no show... the valet guy said it was probably canceled, but shouldn't we have received some sort of communication about that?! So we decide to not make a big deal of it, grab some food and wait for the 12:25am bus...we show up at 12:15, and wait and wait as we watch 2 ramblin buses stop, one of the Ramblin drivers even said that the Ace bus was coming right behind. Well we FINALLY see the Ace bus at 12:40am, and instead of heading right at the light towards the Isle, they take a quick left and disappear. We head in to the lobby where the staff tells us that if they turned left that means they were full and won't pick up anymore. WOW okay cool so instead of having the curtesy of letting your customers know that it's full, you just drive the other way to avoid us and keep us waiting in freezing cold temperatures. NOT TO MENTION MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A BABYSITTER WAITING FOR US AS HOME. We ended up getting lucky with a lyft, paid a fortune, and got home at 2am, almost 2 hours later than we told our sitter. We're just fortunate we didn't get stranded in Black Hawk before the winter storm. You bet I will 100% continue to try to get a hold of this company (oh yeah I tried calling at least 50 times, no answer obviously) and get every single penny of my money back. AVOID THIS BUS AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO RAMBLIN.

We took it a few times and since the Union Station "terminal stop" was just 2 blocks from our hotel, this was a no brainer....that terminal stop was close to 17th St and Chestnut. Depending on the day of the week and the time of day, the buses can come as quickly as 5-6 minutes or 10-15 minutes apart. Due to construction nowadays on 16th St, the shuttle going towards Civic Center travels mainly on 17th St and the one going back to Union Station travels mostly on 15th St. All the shuttles are electric and they look like a regular bus, which stops at all stops along the route, so no need to ring a bell asking for a stop.
