My mom comes with me and she gets whoever is available and has no complaints. They are very nice in there and do a great job on your nails. Also, their pedicures are the best, hands down. I like the aroma and green tea pedicures best but even their most basic pedicure is great and you get a hot stone massage with every pedicure. I ended up having to file down on the sides to clean it up. My polish ended up not sticking well, and some of the side nail was missed. Kudos for them telling a customer they will not treat an ingrown toe nail and advised the customer to seek medical attention as this is not something they will do.

My results were not as good as they used to be. For example, when I asked if they could also clean up my cuticles I was told that I could so that myself at home. Also, when I said I was leaving for a week at the shore my tech made fun of my choice, saying she wouldn't waste her time. A real vacation is the islands, not ugly Jersey. Of course the islands would be nicer, but way to look down on your paying customer. I didn't lose sleep over it, but I also don't have to go back.
