Not good. Will not go back !! Not friendly. $118.00 including an $18.00 tip. Just a simple manicure and pedicure. No gel or anything extra.

I'd give them zero stars. South Bismarck location. Horrible experience. Had to ask for my nails to be redone. Did a basic dip nail with ONE color. I had a pedicure and was never given a menu to select from so assumed there was only one. Only did clear gel. Wanted a basic cheap pedicure to clean up my cuticles. My bill came to $130. Typically, I do pedicure with French tips etc. have never paid this. I didn't mean to book here and thought it was the nail salon in the strip mall close by, but I decided to be nice keep my appt: man what mistake. 130$ later and 1.5 hours of swatting at flies galore in the place most traumatic experiences ever. Most I've paid for what is my typical routine and by far the worse my nails and toes have looked. read more

Got a full set of acrylics done two weeks ago and I ended up removing seven of the nails myself because half of the acrylics were not attached to my nails as they were starting to come off. The guy doing my nails rushed the service. All in all did not like the outcome and will not be going again. read more

I normally never would ever consider going to a Walmart nail salon but I'm glad I gave it shot.... Kelly is a rock star she could have her own shop and be super successful she's a perfectionist and always kills it when she does my nails.... I can show her a pic of what I want and she does it better than the original idea I showed her.... Okay, I'm going to just state the obvious truth if you're not from Williston. Are you ready? You're going to be disappointed with the selection of nail salons here. No one knows how to properly maintain your grooming preferences. Cuticles are attacked with the wrong tools and God forbid you want even, natural shaped nails. There's paint on my skin and the paint on my toes looks horrible. Should I lose my mind in public, verbally abuse an imbecile and cause a scene? No, it was better for everyone to just wait patiently while BFF enjoyed her over priced pedicure. Why is there a fly infestation at this establishment? Just invest the time to pamper yourself and avoid the aggravation plus the outrageous cost of services. Guess who will be buying the necessary supplies for themselves from Amazon? There's no way I was getting my eyebrows waxed either. Thank goodness for my Prime membership. read more

I went to this nail salon a week and a half ago. I had my nails put on at a different salon and one of the nails was coming off. I just wanted to get them all off. I got a male technician. I showed him how the nail was coming up from the back of my nail and flipping up towards the end of my finger. He grabbed my hand, didn't acknowledge my concern and started clipping all of my fingernail from the top down the middle of each finger. The grabbed his dremel tool or whatever they are called and I then told him my nails were not very thick. I saw that he didn't really give a damn and went after the nail I told and showed him it flipped up. The tool grabbed that nail and ripped it across my fingernail into the quick halfway through. I yelled and jumped back. He grabbed my hand and then dropped it. Went and got a bowl, ( I thought it was some kind of disinfectant. Nope Acetone, he grabbed my hand and shoved my recently ripped fingernail and hand into the acetone. That was very painful! I think I was in shock! I couldn't believe someone would do this to another human being. I should have been in tears, but I just couldn't believe someone would do this to me! I hadn't done anything to him. While all this was going on, I noticed he folded up the towel he was using on me and it had been used on someone else as well. This made me very nervous about their sanitation practices. He couldn't even use a new towel for each person he worked on? I was sickened and thought of my late mother. She told me never to go to a nail salon because they would ruin my nails and cause me nothing but a headache. She was so right for this place! The lady that was running the show said she would be taking over the the male person who had caused me pain. She never did but made me wait at least 45 minutes to an hour. Then I got another male person who was able to take the rest of my nails off and send me on my way. I didn't think I should have to pay for this rough treatment but nope I had to pay! So not only did I receive horrible service and painful service I had to pay for the mistreatment. Wow, I will never go back to a nail salon again. I can't warn anyone enough how unprofessional and unsanitary this place is! read more

I'm visiting ND from UT and went here with my granddaughters for mani/ pedis. Terrible pedicure! While the nails looked fine when he was done, it was not a comfortable or relaxing process (things I normally get from a pedicure). He hurt my toes digging around the sides of the nails with cuticle clippers. I should have stopped him as soon as I saw the tools he was going to use. They looked dirty and not well cared for. I got a fill on my acrylic fingernails as well. Similar situation. The nails looked fine in the end but he kept burning my nails with the machine. Painful experience. They are not welcoming or friendly in anyway. I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. read more

Very standard operation. Located inside the Wal-Mart, this place stays pretty busy. Walk-ins are welcome, but we reserved spots for our group. The staff is friendly, but quiet. My nail technician asked multiple times if I wanted a pedicure after multiple times declining. The prices seem high ($45 for a shellac polish, no more/no less), but I guess all of Williston is this way for the time being. I got a very pretty color that sadly started chipping two days later. Me definitely thinks NOT! Tried to make a reservation for pedi-mani's. No. Arrived to a busy shop and was told to return in 15 minutes. Returned and waited for 15 minutes before being placed in plain water for over 30 minutes. They use dirty tools. Used the Dremel drill for filing tops of toenails, Same tool used on all clients. Hardly any product used in pedicure and that certainly was not a massage on my feet. Though the polish bottle says OPI, the polish began to wear off in two days. That is not OPI product. I was a nail tech for 3 years. As I see in another review - absolutely OSHA would write them up. The only reason they received 1 star is my flower was acceptable. read more

I'm sad I have to give a star. Some of the staff seemed annoyed. Had Mani/Pedi. They don't sanitize ANYTHING! Don't soak their tools or sterilize them in ANY way. I wouldn't be surprised if they just kept using the same towels. OSHA would have a hay day with this place. They scrape the skin off my feet and nip my cuticles with dirty tools!! GROSS! I'm sad I paid. I'm not stupid, they train you to disinfect in school...or did they go to school. This should NEVER be an issue!! Stay away! I only hope I don't get an infection. read more

Super rude, condescending. Tried to bully me into getting gel polish, and told me that I would be back for a polish change in 5 days, if I didnt. I wear gloves for work makes no difference to me if I get regular or gel, it wears the same.. and for the record I do get gel on occasion... love the color changing ones.. but to be rude because I wanted regular polish is uncalled for. Did a horrible job on my fill, had to get a new full set less than a week later.. no thank you. Avoid at all costs. read more
