He lacked a clear understanding of the real estate contract which brought a great deal of stress, inconvenience and monetary loss to all parties involved, especially his poor clients. 2. He is also painfully slow to respond or no response at all in some cases. 3. He lacks the professional etiquette really imperative in real estate thus causing Berkshire Hathaway to appear incompetent although I believe them to have some outstanding agents. Overall, his managers and people higher up in the chain of command had to all get involved due to his incompetence and unwillingness to recognize or accept the contractual errors he made. Even on move in day he is unwilling to give us the keypad entry code or respond to our realtors request for open communication.
